This program designed for use with MIDI-controllers. Here and in other places use next agreement:

If numbers of controllers (or notes) are submitted by pair numbers, then first number refers to left player, second numbber refers to right player. Controllers as rotating regulators or sliders are specified simply by number, controllers as button are specified with letter "b", notes are specified with letter "n". Velocity parameter must be not equal zero then down and equal zero then up. Number of MIDI channels does not matter, because program respond to all MIDI channels.

crossfader - 10

play/stop - 101b / 102b
motor-off - 103b / 104b

3-band EQ and fader:

low   - 16 / 20
mid   - 17 / 21
hi    - 18 / 22
fader - 19 / 23

correction block:

volume - 84 / 7
eq     - 11 / 75; 2 / 76; 12 / 92; 13 / 95 (in ascending order frequencies)

Notwithstanding, preset-file already exist, all the same, when you mixing, small timbre correction may be necessary. For this purpose does not necessary manipulate via MIDI-controller all 9-bands of EQ. Enough to do this with 5 bands and use an equalizer in 5-band mode. But, at this moment, the program is optimized for work with controllers of brand Evolution. In connection with placement and quantity of rotating regulators on controllers of this brand, number of bands have been reduce to 4. Thus, 9-band EQ will work like 4-band EQ.

Now adjust your controllers how you like. If you use Evolution X-Sesson and Evolution MK-449C, then setup may looks like this:

Don't remain switch on your controllers before run Max/MSP DJ Stuff, else the program can'l find them. After run program you must activate "Snap Shot" function. This function will send current position of all regulators to the program. On other MIDI-controllers this function may has another name.
